SenSé was one of the builders we met with when seeking to build our new home at Crangan Bay. We probably left our run a bit late in getting in touch with them & time got away with us & we decided to stay with the builder we had made all our selections with. I did want to say though, that Nathan the designer at SenSé is truly a rare find in business. He is incredibly warm, very helpful & truly generous with his time. Though we didn't end up going with SenSé this is not a reflection on them. If we had met with them first & had not been so far along the process with another builder, we probably would have built with them & I have no doubt we would have ended up with a beautiful home.

I bought the land in Thorton and met with Taylor at Sense who gave me the detail explanation how Sense building packages work and he show me the sample home at Bellbird. I was impressed. When I look around and compared with a few big builders, I found Sense is the most accommodating builder who is willing to listen and design the dream home you want. Nathan is the draft person who designed my home. I request all bathrooms windows must be on external wall. High lights on roof so that light can come through. Maximum use of the land to increase rental income. Nathan not only draft on what I request but also tell me what is possible and what is impossible. What is cost effective and what is not necessary for investment property. For the big builders, normally they only have standard packages. If that package doesn’t fit your land, they don’t provide details draft till you lock in and pay deposit. They can use computer generated designs but that design might not be approved by the council. Nathan is different, I can’t even remember how many times he made adjustments for me till we finally find the right solution. I must say thanks to Joshua and Nathan who had made the building application process so easy for me. From the time the design to the council application, they hold my hand right through. We have made small adjustments till the council approval is granted. Total building period from start to finish around 8 months - work starts Oct 2024 and completed in May 2025 . Including Christmas break. Right within the 10 months estimate from Nathan. Colour and tiles and kitchen design were all done before the building work commenced During the building process, I can always call Joshua to obtain updates. After they hand me the key. If any defects, they will address quickly. There is no major defect identified and I am very happy with my new home. Sense is a trustworthy builder, I am very thankful to Sense team. Will definitely consider Sense if I build another home in the future.

SenSé Homes helped my wife and I find great land and build a dual key house in Cameron Park. The house was completed and rented earlier than expected which was exceptional. Nathan, Gavin and Terry helped us through every stage of the process. As an accountant I greatly appreciate value for money and good quality service, both of which SenSé Homes delivered without fault. Gavin your’e an awesome “Supervisor “, very approachable and easy to talk with, nothing was ever a bother and your attention to detail is exemplary. You look for high standards and quality of workmanship with your tradies and this shows in the finished product of the home. Terry at SenSé homes helped us through the whole daunting process of designing and building our dream home. We had no idea what was ahead of us, as we had never built before, but Terry took us through the whole process leaving no stone unturned.  At the very first meeting, Terry came with ideas and options for us, which made decisions so much easier, it turned out we actually liked a design that he first showed us, so we made a few tweaks and settled on the design. Watching our home get built from the ground up was truly an amazing experience, we were able to be there for all of the stages which helped put our mind at ease. We chose to fit out our own carpet, wood flooring, the kitchen splash back tiles as well as our own laundry, alfresco deck and driveway. This was a really important choice for us, as we wanted to do it ourselves to save money on the build. Terry was very accommodating and offered great alternatives to enable us to do it on the budget we had. Once our house was finished, the dream had become a reality and the feeling of walking inside for the first time was amazing. The workmanship and finishings we couldn't fault. Everything was more than what we could have hoped for.  We can't thank Terry and his team enough for all the effort and hard work that they put into our home, we definitely didn't feel like a number, we felt like part of the family 

I found working with SenSé Homes to be professional right from the start of designing through to completion of build. This was my first development of one block into three completed homes which was a bit daunting however, now all completed I would be happily to do it again. Thank you SenSé Homes.

We first met Terry Furness about twelve months ago when we purchased our block of land. We had been referred to Terry through a mutual acquaintance. My husband & I had been going through many display homes & knew what we liked, but none of the main building companies could offer us exactly what we were after in the lay out we were after. On our first meeting with Terry, we knew straight away that our dreams of building that forever home was possible. We showed him what we liked about various homes & within 24hrs Terry was back at our place with plans to go through. We made multiple changes to our plans & nothing was ever too much to ask. Terry provided us with the type of service that is just not around these days. It was personal and was always at a time that was convenient to suit the busy family lifestyle that we lead.
